Is there a minimum order value?

No. However, orders of less than $100.00 will attract a delivery fee irrespective of the receiving destination.

What are the delivery charges?

Deliveries to eastern metropolitan Melbourne incur no delivery charges. Orders outside this area will attract delivery charges determined by the volume and weight of the goods being sent.

When can I expect delivery?

In the majority of cases the standard stock items are dispatched by the following work day. You will be notified of any delay past this timeframe.

How can I pay for my purchase?

Once an account is established purchases are paid on agreed credit terms. Otherwise we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, EFT and cheque. Credit card payments attract an additional 2.5% + GST.

How do I set up an account?

Click here to view our credit application form. Print and complete this form and fax it back to us. We will contact you as soon as the account has been processed. This usually is completed within 48 hours of receiving your completed application.

What are your business hours?

We are open from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
